This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. You hereby consent and voluntarily submit to personal jurisdiction in the State of New York, in and by the courts of the State of New York, in any action in which a claim is brought with respect to this Agreement and you agree that it may be served with process in any such action by hand delivery, courier, overnight delivery service, or certified or registered mail, return receipt requested. You irrevocably and unconditionally waive and agree not to plead, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection that it may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue or the convenience of the forum of any action or claim with respect to this Agreement brought in the United States District Court for the State of New York.

Forefront Insurance Brokerage, Inc. (“Forefront”, "we", “us”, and “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share information about you through your use of our Public Communications Structures (“Structures”), including any related websites or advertising from the Structures (together, the "Services"). While we cannot guarantee the security of your information, we have taken appropriate steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we will treat your information. BY REGISTERING WITH US OR OTHERWISE AFFIRMATIVELY INDICATING YOUR CONSENT, YOU CONSENT TO THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. We do not collect information about your precise location.

Forefront Insurance Brokerage, Incmay ask for or request sensitive information such as government identifiers, medical information, or financial information (other than for payment of optional services) necccesary to perform its duties as an Insurance Broker. We may offer additional paid products and services. For these products and services, we will collect payment information in order to process any order from you. This payment information is processed by a third-party payment processor. With your authorization, we may record or maintain your payment card or bank account information in order to facilitate an ease of customer experience.

We will not share any information that is not anonymized with any third parties for their own use.

We will not add or insert advertising on your personal device. We may use any information we collect to:

• Allow us to operate the Services, including administration, internal operations, troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;

• Manage your access to the Services;

• Send you information about the Services or your usage of the Services;

• Comply with laws and regulations;

Forefront Insurance Brokerage, Inc will not sell Personally Identifiable Information and Forefront Insurance Brokerage, Inc will not share Personally Identifiable Information with any third party for that third party's own use.

For example, we use a third-party platform for email and cannot communicate with you without disclosing your email address to our third party email provider. These third parties use any information we share only to support Forefront Insurance Brokerage, Incand our efforts to provide the Services.

• Service providers and sub-contractors to the extent reasonably necessary to enable us to provide the Services;

We will not disclose your information unless disclosure is required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order. In the event that we receive a subpoena or court order demanding that we provide a governmental entity with your Personally Identifiable Information, we will attempt to notify you of such request by sending an email to the email address that you provide during registration. If we do not have your current email address, then we will not be able to notify you of any requests.

The Services may use cookies and similar technologies to support the functionality of the Services. This provides a better experience when you visit our websites and allows us to improve the Services.

The websites owned or operated by Forefront Insurance Brokerage, Inc do not support a “Do Not Track” feature, which provides a signal that you do not wish operators to track certain of your online activities over time and/or across different websites.

This Agreement embodies the entire agreement between the parties and may not be amended, modified, altered or changed in any respect whatsoever except by a writing duly executed by the parties hereto. This Agreement supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings between you and Forefront Insurance Brokerage, Inc. No representation, promise, inducement or statement of intention has been made by you and Forefront Insurance Brokerage, Inc. that is not embodied in this Agreement. You and Forefront Insurance Brokerage, Inc. shall not be bound by, or liable for, any alleged representation, promise, inducement, or statement of intention not contained in this Agreement. A printed version of this Agreement shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. You agree that each provision to this Agreement shall be construed independent of any other provision of this Agreement. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions hereof. In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, including, but not limited to, the liability disclaimers above, the unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
